BarAIDS
Mix: One part night-on-the-town, two parts fundraiser and a dash of HIV awareness. Add a twist of philanthropy and you have the Saint Therese Center's newest undertaking - Bar AIDS!
What is BarAIDS?
BarAIDS is a one night consumer and bar promotion. Bar owners will donate a portion of their proceeds from the gross sales on Thursday, August 28, 2008 to the Saint Therese Center for HIV Outreach.
How Can I Participate?
Anyone over the age of 21 can participate in the event by simply visiting a participating bar/nightclub venue on August 28, 2008. Anyone under the age of 21 can participate by visiting Maui Wowi Hawaiian for a non-alcoholic drink.
